I am a movement guide and wellness educator with over a decade of experience helping clients in Canada and Italy reconnect with their bodies. Drawing from the ancient wisdom of yoga and holistic movement, I blend daily movement, intuitive eating, and self-expression to cultivate strength, balance, and deeper self-awareness—guiding you toward a more aligned and embodied life.

My approach to wellness

Everything within and around us is deeply connected. The way we eat shapes how we feel, how we feel influences how we move, and what we bring into our bodies radiates outward.

Move to the rhythm of your own breath. In your movement practice, your breath should guide your movement as you lose yourself to the rhythmic flow inside your body.

Allow yourself to be who you are, as unique as you are. Let yourself be expressed in all that you do. Turn the physical space around you into a space that makes you feel good.

Eating is one of life’s greatest joys. I am passionate about offering creative adjustments to enjoy eating and prioritizing eating for your wellbeing.

I recall a time when my emotional state would fluctuate significantly due to tension and discomfort in my body. Despite having a natural inclination towards "eating well," I didn't consistently nourish myself or eat in accordance with hunger cues. I understood that many of my past feelings of anxiety stemmed from simply being hungry and struggling with blood sugar balance. I remember when moments of anxiety would dominate both my mind and body, leaving little room for anything else.

Nowadays, things have changed drastically because I focus everyday on how I EAT, MOVE & FEEL. What's truly crucial is maintaining rituals that foster a sense of self. 

For me, incorporating intentional movement with breath is paramount. The practice of intuitive eating and the creation of a living environment that mirrors your passions and identity while nurturing a sense of ease are essential components of daily life.

I am a Certified Nutrition Practitioner, Culinary Nutrition Expert, and Reiki practitioner, with training and experience rooted in Toronto, Canada, and beyond. My journey as a yoga teacher began in Kerala, India, followed by advanced training in Bali. After my time in India, I moved to Calabria, Italy, where I founded one of the first yoga communities in Southern Calabria.

Now, I split my time between Canada and Italy, working with clients both online and in person. From Full Moon beach gatherings to movement sessions in the countryside, I create spaces for connection, healing, and transformation—wherever the journey takes me.

1:1 Personalized Movement & Breath: These sessions go beyond just movement—they are a fully tailored experience designed for your body, your goals, and your well-being. Together, we integrate breath, movement, and mindful techniques to create balance, release tension, and build strength. You’ll leave each session feeling more at ease in your body, with the tools to seamlessly integrate movement into your daily life.

Group Sessions: Move, breathe, and connect in a shared experience of flow and self-expression. These sessions blend breathwork, asanas, and intuitive movement, allowing you to synchronize with your breath while deepening your practice. Walk away feeling lighter, more grounded, and energized—both physically and mentally.

Pregnancy: Feel supported throughout your journey with movement and breathwork designed to ease discomfort, reduce stress, and prepare your body for labor. These sessions help you connect with your breath, your body, and the baby growing inside you.

Postpartum:  Come back home to your body. After the incredible transformation of birth, use gentle movement and breathwork to rebuild strength, find balance, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels natural and nurturing.

Baby & Me: Move, breathe, and reset—with your baby by your side. These sessions support your body and mind while allowing your baby to co-regulate with your breath and movement, soothing your nervous system and relieving tension.

Nourish Pre/Post Baby: imple, stress-free nourishment for you and your baby. Learn how to eat intuitively for your well-being, with practical guidance that makes nourishment effortless and fulfilling.
